Geater Machining and Manufacturing, Co. has been servicing the aerospace, electronics and high-tech industries since 1962. Collins Aerospace was our first customer in 1962, and to this day they remain our largest customer. Over time, new clients became long-term relationships as Geater’s reputation for outstanding on-time delivery of high quality precision machined and fabricated parts became the one that set the bar in our industry.

Geater’s skilled workforce, strong work ethic, state-of-the-art machines and strict quality control measures were already providing our customers with the most cost effective production methods available, but our customers required, and deserved, more. To help eliminate the need for customers to send their machined and fabricated parts to multiple vendors, Geater expanded their offerings to provide a variety of secondary value-added manufacturing processes, becoming a true one-stop-shop to save our customers valuable time and money.

Over the years, our commitment to continuous improvement in production graduated to investing in continuous improvement for our workforce. With an eye on the future of manufacturing technology and the needs of our customers, Geater management again took action on their lifelong learning philosophy. Offering quality training and coaching as well as funding continuing education for our workforce, Geater will continue to invest in our progressive team of problem-solving, innovative thought-leaders empowering them to continue supplying the highest quality precision machined and fabricated parts, expanding our value added services, and delivering the best value to our customers year-over-year while maintaining our status as the recognized leader in our industry.
