Erik Bohlken has more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing. Since joining Geater in 2002, Erik has held a number of leadership roles including Production Scheduler, Project Engineer, Lead Project Engineer for Machining, and Machining Engineering Manager.
In 2025, Erik assumed the role of Contracts and Program Support Manager, where he oversees customer contracts and provides program support for several of the company’s key customer initiatives.
Erik earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Northern Iowa. He is also active in the community, having served as President of Independence Area Dollars for Scholars and as a member of the Board of Directors for the Independence Chamber of Commerce. Erik has also served as an advisory board member for the Manufacturing Technology and Technology Management programs at the University of Northern Iowa.
