Apprentice Stories

Hear from our past apprentices about their success

One of the apprentices started the program in March of 2020 and was able to complete the program in July of 2024. The apprentice worked at Geater during their apprenticeship and attended Hawkeye Community College, graduating from their CNC Program in May of 2024. Per the apprentice he stated “I liked that my college credits and time at Hawkeye went towards my apprenticeship program. Asking questions and being able to see things on paper was especially helpful for me”.

Another apprentice started the program in October of 2022 and at this time is expected to complete the program in April of 2026. This apprentice was also enrolled at Hawkeye Community College in their CNC program and graduated in May of 2024.
