Collins Aerospace was our first customer in 1962, and to this day they remain our largest customer. Over time, new clients became long-term relationships as Geater’s reputation for outstanding on-time delivery of high-quality precision machined and fabricated parts became the one that set the bar in our industry.
Geater’s skilled workforce, strong work ethic, state-of-the-art machines and strict quality control measures were already providing our customers with the most cost-effective production methods available, but our customers required, and deserved, more.
To help eliminate the need for customers to send their machined and fabricated parts to multiple vendors, Geater expanded their offerings to provide a variety of secondary value-added manufacturing processes, becoming a true all-inclusive source to save our customers valuable time and money.
Geater Machining and Manufacturing utilizes an integrated manufacturing approach using multiple manufacturing services into a streamlined process in one location. This integration allows for efficient and seamless communication between various stages of manufacturing, from planning and design review to automation, inspection, and warehousing.
Geater is committed to quality and continuous quality improvement and is AS9100, ISO 13485:2016​ certified and NADCAP accredited. In addition to our certifications, our approach ensures compliance with customer requirements and delivery demands.
In order to ensure the quality of the products produced, Geater utilizes six high accuracy Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional verification at all stages of manufacturing resulting in consistent repeatable quality for one product or thousands of customer’s products.
