Candace Ratchford started with Geater in 2013 on the shop floor in our Finishing Department. After a year on the shop floor, she was promoted to an Engineering Assistant. In 2019 Candace took over Master Scheduler.
Currently, as the Order/Client Relations Manager, Candace oversees Scheduling, Order Entry/Customer Service, Engineering Assistants, and our Shipping Department. She also plays an active role in our ERP System support. Candace joined our Senior Leadership Team in 2022.
